The new Generation 5 Dudes are out from Spin Master. They are tiny (about 1-inch without the detachable board). They attach to the boards with plugs (not magnets) and the wheels roll on the boards. They come in blind packs. I have seen single packs and double packs at Wal-Mart and 4-Packs at Target. The set appears to be 74 figures (so far). They will surely be adding some playsets with ramps and the like. The weirdest thing is that they maintained NONE of the original names despite many similarities in appearance. Here is the checklist:
They went the route of giving the variants different names. For example, "Mayor Bailout" and "Sir Spooks" are the same sculpt. This contradicts the entire history of the toyline. Very disappointed that they didn't start this endeavor with a bang by reintroducing their classic characters. It also appears we have some dudettes... Robo Rhonda / A+ Anne, Gnarly Naomi / Sick Steph, and Stone Cold Sarah / Phat Phran.
