Doc is the TDD mad doctor.
Not to be confused with E.N. Stein (the mad scientist), Doc is a surgeon (not a chemist).
Doc was only released in the G2 phase. He wears a surgical headlamp and holds a cranial saw.
Doc reminds me of Orin Scrivello, the crazy dentist in The Little Shop of Horrors.
He also has the likeness of many deranged movie surgeons such as Re-Animator, Dr. Moreau, and Dr. Frankenstein.
Four versions of this G2 Doc exist, and they all are relatively rare.
