Big E is an Elvis Presley parody.
His G1 figure had that pompadour hairstyle plus a flamboyant cape reminiscent of Elvis' stage persona during the 1970s.
Big E made a return with a G3 figure. This figure looks more like a generic 1950s greaser. He is reminiscent of old school Elvis, Marlon Brando, and James Dean.
This version of Big E comes with a comb in his left hand. The comb is not part of the mold, nor is it a true accessory. It is a separate piece of hard plastic glued to the figure. For one reason or another, kids break off pieces of this comb, and you can almost never find G3 Big E with his comb intact.
Fun fact: Elvis was right-handed.
